Philadelphia Neighborhood Energy Centers

 

In Philadelphia, the Energy Coordinating Agency (ECA) assists residents in conserving energy in addition to promoting a sustainable and socially equitable energy future. ECA is the sole or largest provider of the following services for low-income families: home weatherization, home energy audits, heater repair, water conservation, and rain barrel installation.
